1 Definitions and Scope

The following words are used with specific meanings in these Terms:

• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal profile and the funds associated with it.

3 Account Management and Security

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it becomes withdrawable.
• Bonus funds and real money are managed separately. Real money is withdrawable before wagering requirements are met.
• Each promotion has its own validity period. Unused bonuses expire once the period ends.
• A user may not use a specific promotion more than once.
• If bonuses are misused or an attempt is made to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

All gaming activity on the platform is governed by the following rules:

• If a technical error causes a problem with the outcome of a game, the relevant round may be declared void and the wagered amount returned.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final unless a clear technical error is proven.
• In sports betting, if an event result is voided, the related bet will also be declared void and the stake returned.
• If a game disconnects due to a software or network error, the data saved in the game provider's system will be considered final.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on a member's gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. The opportunity to advance to a higher tier is created through regular active participation. VIP cashback will be credited to the account on a set day each week and carries no wagering requirement unless otherwise stated. uuok8 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Operating multiple accounts or attempting to collect bonuses through another person's account.
• Playing any game with the help of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or technical error in a game or betting system.
• Attempting to launder money or deposit or withdraw funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward other members or uuok8 staff.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Attempting to breach the security of the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Conducting gaming or betting on behalf of minors (persons under 21 years of age).

9 Account Suspension and Termination

uuok8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If false or misleading information is found in the details provided.
• If required documents for KYC verification are not submitted.
• If suspicious activity related to fraud or money laundering is detected.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (in accordance with the inactive account policy).

Before closing an account, the user will be notified where possible and a proper settlement will be ensured for legitimate funds; however, bonus funds may be forfeited in cases of Terms violations.
